Pyrotechnic Shipping

Hazardous Materials Fees
There is NO hazardous charge for general pyrotechnical supplies (flash paper, flash cotton, powders, flash pots etc.) All explosive materials are shipped through the new UPS Hazmat program. All in-stock shipments can be shipped next air for a hazmat shipping fee of $95 per shipment - however, due to new inspection regulations, it may take several days to actually receive. This charge covers your entire shipment regardless of size or quantity up to a 4 foot container. This includes a charge on hazmat shipments to cover the extra-sturdy boxes required by DOT and additional shipping fees. We cannot ship pyrotechnics out of the country.


International Shipping

All customers outside USA and Canada

International Customers must pay via wire transfer, contact us via email for routing information. Wire transfers are easy to do - simply contact your bank and have them transfer the money to our account. We apologize if this causes any difficulty - we have no way of verifying credit cards from outside the USA.

All International orders take longer to process, as items must be sent to a central receiving warehouse and shipped from there.


Warranty

The Orlando Project stands behind every product sold. These products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least 90 days - more when stated. Some products are warranted for periods up to a lifetime. The only exception is bulbs, which are warranteed for 24 hours. All bulbs are carefully tested and packaged.


Returns

If you have received a defective product, please accept our apology. All items are carefully inspected before being shipped, but are occassionally damaged in transit. We will do everything we can to remedy your situation quickly.

To return an item, call us first for a Return Authorization number. As soon as we receive the item we will repair or replace the item and return it directly to you. Defective items will be replaced at no cost within the warrantee period. Sorry, but we cannot replace a defective product until we have received it at one of our repair centers - no exceptions. If returning a fog machine, empty all fluids first.

Important: Insure your package, and be sure to return by only by UPS, FedEx or DHL. We have trouble receiving returns from the Post Office. Post Office will typically return item to you rather than attempt delivery during regular business hours, or simply leave it unsecured in front of the building.

Products returned for credit have a minimum 25% restock fee (minimum $20) because all items need to go through a rigorous testing and re-packaging process. This is more diificult for the type of electronic good that we sell. Fee may be higher depending on condition of item, type of item and condition of original packing materials. Non-defective products cannot be returned after 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special orders are subject to a minimum 50% re-stock fee, or may be unreturnable. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Pyrotechnics, Fluids, Paints, and Bulbs are non-returnable. International customers (outside the USA) must return warranted items at their own expense, as well as pay for return shipping.


Payment

Customers have several payment options available. Credit cards, Money Orders or Checks are all acceptable methods of payments. Money Orders and checks may be mailed to our central office. Checks must be held 4- 6 weeks for processing, but all other orders will be processed immediately. All orders must be paid for before they can leave our warehouse.

Purchase Orders

Unfortunately, we can not ship COD or general Purchase Order's. All orders must be paid in full before leaving our warehouse.
